Fund for Chaim Shmuel ben Miriam

Shalom Dear Friends:
As you all know, Chaim Shmuel ben Miriam was hit by a car in Jerusalem Wednesday, April 23rd.
He suffered severe spinal injury and no one knows yet what mobility he will have in the future.
Now, he is fighting for his life...
This past Friday, friends and family of the Glasers were called to do a special Tehillim davening in their home community of Yishuv Metzad, Jerusalem, Ramat Beit Shemesh and the world over, because Shmuel was having difficulty breathing even with the respirator.
After the davening, as they were leaving the shul, the men got the message that his situation was critical and they should go back and say more tehillim.
Miraculously, b4 Shabbos we heard that he was breathing better and was now in stable condition.
He's all there mentally. We need to daven for him to be able to breath and walk.
Your davening works! The prayers of Am Yisroel are keeping this 18-year-old boy alive!

Now it is time to also raise much needed funds for this family, as they have been accruing debts since the accident. Neither parent has been able to work and will not be able to in the near future.
They have needed household help and transportation funds and will continue to do so, as they have basically moved into the intensive care ward to be with their son.
There will, most certainly, be huge expenses as they hopefully begin to rehabilitate this young man.
The Glasers have 11 children and the father is a rosh kollel for young students.
Any help you can give this special family will do much to ease their immediate burden.
