What do two year old girls wear on shabbos? She seems too young for a dress and too old for a romper

Once they're walking, a dress is appropriate. But definitely nothing wrong with pants at this age.

How about sets? Shirts and a sweater, blouse and bloomers? Romper still ok IMO. Or a very short dress with bloomers.
