I’m looking for a double stroller. I don’t think I will use it so much because I’m mostly in the car but there are times I will so I want to get one.
I’m looking for a stroller that is
side by side
Under 200 bucks
Has four wheels
A nice amount of storage place
Any ideas?

For an occasional use stroller, I would suggest you get it second hand, especially with your budget. I would recommend the city mini double as one that folds small and is easy to get in and out the car.
The city tour double is even more compact but less likely to get it as cheap, also it's probably not as easy to push as the wheels are smaller.
If the side by side isn't a deal breaker, I would also suggest for an occasional use stroller that you consider an in-line stroller and look at something like the phil and teds double ( I would never recommend it for frequent use, but if you have a baby and an older child who only sometimes needs the stroller, it's useful having a stroller that's more like a single).
To buy new in that price range, you could consider a double umbrella stroller (might be hard to push), also I think graco, joovy or evenflo make a basic side by side stroller.

The most important for me is side by side.
I couldn’t find a graco side by side double.
I don’t think I can get a second hand because we don’t buy before the baby is born
