Title says it all. Any suggestions? Where the waiters/chef/manager would be able to answer my questions and there would be simple foods.

Bubby's fish and chips was the most accommodating restaurant I've ever been to regarding allergies. I'm used to getting annoyed responses or just telling me they don't want to risk and won't give me any info. 26 sushi and tapas is also very accommodating.
