Unfortunately I can't cook this year for pesach. We are lookingto have someone, or a caterer cook for our family. We are not a large family at all. We keep chumros and eat a certain shechita and would like those respected. Does anyone know an individual or a caterer who is fool proof-yummy in the Monsey area that they can recommend.
It can also be someone who likes to cook and is good at it and responsible and looking to make money.
We prefer the food fresh daily.

I follow mostly chassidish chumras and I have a pesach kitchen. Many years of happy cooking.
I believe Wesley kosher ` catering is KLP. They are good if you need a more official catering
