I need to write a song for my friends wedding I’m writing “need” cuz we’re super close and given the trend these days she’s probably expecting it..anyway I wanna do it for her
What would be more meaningful a song I sing myself or if I do it with her sister?
I’m thinking if should do with her sister since I’ll have her helping me so might be easier..

Never heard of this “need”.
If you’re super close get her a super nice gift and write some nice words to it.
To compose a song is the next level. You need to be musical and talented in that way. It can’t be an expectation across the board.
But maybe that’s exactly what you are so that can be your gift to her. 🤷‍♀️

Cheat and find an old, old, old song from your mother's or even grandmother's era (The Carpenters "We've Only Just Begun" or the even older (1892) "Bicycle Built for Two" come to mind) and use that.
