Just the basic wing with sauce. Call I use it in another dish in place of another part of the poor bird?

I don't know that there is much to do besides just change up the sauce. There's so little meat; when you're eating wings it's kind of all about the sauce.

Without sauce the wing is pretty much inedible because it consists basically of skin, fat, bone and gristle.
A drumstick is a much better chicken option because it provides some meat on the bone
I am not sure why wings are a popular choice because they are very expensive on a per pound of meat basis - e.g. there is so little meat that even if the price per pound is low the actual cost per edible amount is high.

Sauce and grill or broil on each side. Everyone loved it!

Remove skin and bread it and bake or fry it. I am sure it will keep you busy .

I’ve used chicken wings for soup and it worked well. I put them in a net and throw out when done cooking

Not sure what your question is, but if it about spicing it differently-
I dip in oil spiced with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and grill in a George foreman until the skin tastes broiled.
I like wings, since I eat it all except the bones.
We would eat them plain from the chicken soup too.

Breaded is good. If doing that I split them at the joint.
