It's been a long time, but I once made a variation of Susie Fishbein's pomegranate chicken using leftover raspberry syrup (I think I mixed raspberry syrup with pomegranate juice, and marinated the chicken in it.) It was delicious.

A tablespoon added to a sponge cake recipe gives it flavor.

I never realized it was used for recipes
Dh was brought up mixing the syrup into plain seltzer on pesach instead of drinking soda. We make pitchers of it on pesach.

Ohh, the memories! I buy it every year, but my younger kids don't like it the way my older kids did

Mix with some orange juice and lemon juice for a sweet dressing. (We don’t use oil)
Use it instead of sugar to sweeten compote or poached pears.
Use it on chicken or meat as marinade
Use it as a condiment to dip in chicken cutlets or any type of latkes
Drizzle over sorbet or cake and serve with fresh fruit

I know!! Every year I seem to have more left over than the year before.
Last year I saved an unopened bottle with my pesach things and I don’t think I’ll even buy more.
