Quick n easy recipe- (bonus it uses up a Graham cracker pie crust too! If you want to keep it chometz free you can probably freeze it as ice cream in ramekins without the pie crust)
Strawberry lemonade pie:
Pour 1 bag semi-defrosted frozen strawberries with juice into a bowl. Chop/slice to get bite sized pieces. Add 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix + approx 3 TBSP lemon juice (or use lemon pudding mix if you can find) and mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken up.
Add in defrosted richs whip and fold together. Pour into graham cracker pie crust and freeze

Mix with canned fresh or frozen chunks of fruit.
Serve semi defrosted or just like that
I use can pineapple and strawberry but any fruit will be yum. Peaches with cream are yum. Use whatever combination you have on hand or your family likes. Even chopped apples and oranges can be mixed with defrosted whip.
