Start any time, just keep your expectations low. A toddler will need to eat, maybe to nap, they may need a break from the stimulation. They might not enjoy the rides yet, and this should be accepted. Don't have an agenda, just walk around and be chill.

Is it a pretty park like a theme park? Or just rides?
