If so, how. I grilled London broil for a special chol hamoed dinner and the guests didn't show so we have a lot left. Is it possible to freeze it without ruining it? If so, how do I defrost it?

Stick it in a zip lock and pop it in the freezer. When you are ready, defrost it on the counter and heat up once it is defrosted. Should be totally fine.

It will be safe to eat once defrosted.
However the quality of the meat won't be as good because frosting and then defrosting makes it lose it's juiciness because the freezing crystallizes the moisture.
I would serve it heated with a good sauce so that it takes in the moisture and flavor of the sauce. Make sure that you heat it up with a low heat because you want to warm it gently and not cook it any more than it has been cooked.
