I feel physically more achy and tire more easily. Definitely less energy with my little kids now than my older teens when they were little.
I feel weirded out. When my parents were in thier 40's I thought they knew everything and had it all together. They were "adults". I'm in my lower 40's and still feel like I'm trying to figure it all out.

My DH. He went through so much abuse as a child, being bullied, and unfortunate situations even after marriage. It's impressive how he keeps his Simchas Hachayim, He always comes home with a smile and tries to look happy, and doesn't keep a grudge at people who hurt him (there were many).
Though we're struggling financially, he doesn't seem to take much stress about it, he says Hashem helped us until now, he will help us further.

I used to be terribly. Since my teenagers have been off for pesach vacation I made it my business to leave my phone in my bedroom. I can only use it when I'm in my room. I can't be locked up all day so it ends up being a little in the morning, at night, and maybe once in middle of the day for a few minutes.

Can you share how ayahuasca helps your ptsd? And practically, how do you access? And is it with a therapist?
My therapist recently mentioned it but said she can’t legally recommend it as it’s not FDA approved yet where I live and hopes it will be soon.
I desperately need a breakthrough through a layer of stuckness with ptsd

What are you still hoping to accomplish or do in your future?
For me it is to go into the medical field. At this stage in my life I can't stop working to go to school and its not a schedule I want with little kids. Once my kids get a little older I hope to be able to do this IYH

Create good memories for my kids.
To make a positive difference in many people's lives.
I want to help people in ways that make them feel loved and cared for. I should be remembered as a good person.

One day I’d love to work with at risk teen girls.
Or kiruv rechokim with secular teens.
One day.

Wow, I totally feel that too. Like I can't believe I'm at this stage in which my parents were the mature adults. I still also feel like a kid at heart
