You're right, my question to your new answer - a tichel, would be more suitable to the random new answer I wrote - a Judge's wig.
I was looking at a picture of a Judge in England wearing this longish white wig, so automatically that was my new answer for the game.
In other countries, does a Judge also wear a wig when presiding over the court?
I'll write a different new answer and question.

I don't think Judges wear wigs here.
You see them in pictures sometimes, but I think that's it!
