I want to bake cupcakes, oatmeal cookies and maybe a cake or 2.
Can I do that with a “healthier” flour or is it more likely to flop?
Also, if you have any low sugar cupcake, cake or cookies recipe please share.
(Will probably use xylitol with a mix of honey or organic sugar)

You can google recipes that specifically use spelt or kamut flour, but for the most part I just use spelt in regular recipes and it comes out fine.
Something like banana muffins needs very little - if any added sugar, so they are a great option.
I also play around with recipes and with often use 1/2 or 3/4 of the sugar the recipe calls for and things come out great. (I mostly used coconut sugar)
