I was very interested to hear about European Pesach programs in some of the other threads and that they seem to be relatively reasonably priced compared to the U.S.. One, upon research, was as low as 1500 euro for an adult (5000 euro for a family of 4 in one room).
For several reasons, I believe we will need to go away next year and would love to hear from those who have gone and/or researched European programs:
If you have gone on or researched European programs, please share price and review, if possible.
If you have gone on a non-European program which was $4000 per couple or less, please share price and review, if possible.
If you have gone to the Olam program in Spain (the one with the price quoted above) please share review. I am not sure if their price is particularly low, but I am very interested in this program and would love to hear impressions from people who went, pros, cons, who tends to go, tips, any deals, etc.
Also if you are familiar with European Pesach programs in general (have gone on and/or researched more than one), can you confirm whether 1500 euro per adult is exceptional, common, or there are better prices?
Of course one must take airfare into account if coming from America, but to me the European prices were surprising and I think this info could be valuable for many.
Thanks is advance to every who contributes.
