What do you mean by a Pesach hangover and how is it different from a regular hangover?

Extreme exhaustion and weakness from:
making pesach + having the kids home 24/7 for almost 2 weeks + chol hamoed trips with all the kids + hosting pesach meals + mountains of laundry + getting back to routine
That kind of hangover

It takes time to get back on schedule, to get back into routine, and for circadian rhythm to regulate itself. Yes it can feel like a hangover!

Some of my guests haven't left yet. It takes me about a year to recuperate so maybe I'll skip Pesach next year

I had a real hangover the day after each Seder from the 4 cups of wine (and I only drank Malvasia…)
