I was nervous about using the 'boneless beef' cut but I tried this recipe for Rosh Hashanah, adding onions, potatoes and carrots around the meat, and it was amazing! After cooling in the refrigerator overnight it sliced like a dream, and was so tender and flavorful. My family said it's one of the best roasts we've ever had. Thanks so much, mom7270!
