Can anyone advise of a restaurant/pizza place (not too fancy) on the Upper East Side or Washington Heights? Looking for a very reliable hechsher (OU, OK, etc.), the higher up in that area the better.

You know UES and WH are nowhere near each other though, right?
Like many neighborhoods, many Manhattan eateries use smaller mashgichim.
If you’re limited to OU or OK you’re not going to find much in those neighborhoods. WaHi pizza places are under their local KAJ (which of course is very reliable)
Patis has an outlet on the UES and is under the OU but it’s food menu is limited

On the UES, Nargila Grill maybe? Or Sabas Pizza? But as the previous poster said, they are not located in the same area so depends which place you're going to be.
