Is this possible? Trying to figure out a shavuos menu and realized its a 3 day yomtov. Don't want to keep my oven on... Can I make pizza in a frying pan? Or reheat it on motzai shabbos? Its the only milchigs anyone will eat and I loove my once a year milchig yomtov meal.

An important note… The instructions say to reduce the heat from medium to low when making the pizza. You're not allowed to lower a flame on yom tov. You're only allowed to raise a flame. I guess you can do this recipe by keeping two separate burners on. One on medium and another one on low.
ETA: I suggest that you confirm this info with your LOR.

You can lower & raise flames on yom Tov (for cooking purposes- like to avoid burning, or for recipe needs). You can not put out a flame.
