Any recommendations on storage, seasonal stuff containers, shelves etc...

Also kids circle rug recommendations for room shared with baby girl and toddler boy

I find it easiest to hang kids clothes rather than fold.

Not sure exactly what you’re looking for. Do you have storage space? Like a garage? If so, get sturdy shelves. Store everything in large containers that are clearly labeled, and put them in order of subject. Girls clothes together, boys clothes together, yamim tovim together, etc.
For clothes I ordered huge ziplocks bags (cheap ones that can fit a bunch of clothes) and then I put those into the containers so that it’s a double layer if something happens and the container opens or falls etc.
