No, eggs don't need to be refrigerated they just last longer if they are. One night is fine

I understand why you are concerned, not because you left them out but rather because they HAD been refrigerated. If it wasn't HOT where you left them out, they are fine. I sometimes leave them out at night if I'm going to bake because it's best to bake at room temp.

Raw eggs? In their shell?
They can be kept out of the fridge for about a month.

I understand they can be left out but as GramaNewYork said, my problem is that they were originally refrigerated. They were bought refrigerated and I left them in the fridge.
So it looks like I can still use them for today which is great but I think I remember reading that once refrigerated, if you then leave them out you can't put them back in the fridge, is that correct?
Their expiry date is ten days from now, but that's bearing in mind they were supposed to be refrigerated.

Where I live there are 2 expiration dates. One for out of fridge one refrigerated.
Are you sure your date is for in?
Anyway, smell it. If the egg doesn't smell it's fine.

Cool trick: fill a bowl with water, and put the egg in. If it sits horizontally, then it's fine. If it goes bottoms up, then it's already starting to rot. If it's floats, then it's pretty rotten.

Any eggs I buy for Pesach were refrigerated in the store, sit on my counter until after I put the kitchen back, and the remainder gets refrigerated and used up bit by bit.
I've never had a problem.

When you open an egg smell it. Bad eggs smell bad. Some eggs shells smell bad, but that has to do with the type of chickens and what they ate. The eggs are fine.
