Should I put in fridge for next 4 hours and then reheat on hot plate uncovered?

Yes. Put it in the back of the fridge though, and cover it with aluminum foil. Otherwise there will be none left for the actual seudah.

For just 4 hours I'd keep it on the counter unless you're afraid everyone will eat them. The fridge makes it soggy.

Same. I like to minimize the time I reheat foods.

I saw that this was for Friday, but in the future, you can layer it between parchment paper in a covered foil pan. It absorbs some of the oil and keeps it crispier in the fridge. If you don't have parchment paper, you can use paper towels. Just remember to remove them before reheating.
