Not so simple. You have to ask your lor. Many say it's not as simple as "women are always allowed to"

I asked a shaila to a noted posek who looked it up and said it’s fine. Ashkenaz/yeshivish.

I don’t know anyone who doesn’t during sefira and I’ve always learned it’s okay. 9 days however I learnt is forbidden.

Can you explain? I have never heard of any rav that holds a woman can not shave during sfira.

Of course it's allowed!

A woman generally doesn't wait 7 weeks to shave. The 9 days is hard enough for some women who need to shave often!

I was told by 2 lor that a pregnant woman cannot shave during sefira. I was told to shave to shave right before pesach and lag b'omer. If my hair sticks out I should only shave what's sticking out.

Are you talking head or body?
I got the impression that this conversation is about body.

OP, I spoke to 2 poskim who said that a married woman who's Tahor may shave all body hair. A woman who's nidda needs to ask her lor.

Huh? We are not talking about shaving the head, as I see you are in your reply. I think women are talking about legs, underarms etc.
I have never heard of any rav say a woman can not shave her legs etc during the omer.

Even the body. That's what I was told. All areas even hidden ones. If it becomes uncomfortable for me I can shave it just about enough to make me feel better.

As far as I know, women can always shave. Including during the nine days.

I was taught only females of marriageable age (or married). I don't remember if that was only for the 3 weeks and everyone could during sefira, or it applied to both time periods...
