Ive heard of ppl doing this before a wedding
It’s worth a try
Take newspaper pages
Soak in alcohol
Let dry until it’s just slightly moist
Crumble up - use gloves
And stick inside shoe until it’s completely dry

They can soften and stretch out leather. They can't expand the toe bed.

If the shoe is genuine leather, a shoe repair can stretch it about half a size.
