My female (non Jewish) boss personally sent me some very nice Mother Day wishes. What can I respond, other than a thank you? I'm just looking for a few nice words to attach to the thank you. She is not a mom herself.

Something about how as a working mom you feel supported and respected... Diversity buzzwords etc
