Where can I find these in Brooklyn for upsherin boy size 2? I only see undershirt ones but we need regular cotton sephardi strings. Any ideas?

Other option is to buy whatever beged you want and buy strings separately and have someone redo the strings to the sefardi way.

I'd imagine that Mekor Judaica would have them, they cater a lot to sephardim.
I'm not in Brooklyn anymore, but I know that anywhere in Lakewood that sells regular Keter cotton tzitzis also has the sephardi option.
