I’m feeling a bit empty and am looking for some inspiration. Something very relatable and practical would be great. Can you recommend someone or something you found inspirational/helpful?
A link would be great, but otherwise a specific speaker or podcast is super helpful too!

Someone here mentioned Channah Cohen on YU Torah. Awesome.
Michal Horowitz and Rabbi Shay Schachter on YU Torah.
Anything on tefilla by Rabbi Menachem Penner on YU Torah. Rabbi Efrem Goldberg is on YU Torah; I haven't heard too much of him but he's quite good.
Rabbi Breitowitz, Rabb Orlofsky, Ruthie Halberstadt (I'd love to hear more. And I guess I should include Rabbi Tatz too), Rabbi Dovid Gottlieb, on TorahAnytime.
Rabbi Dr. Dovid Katz, history, on OU Torah. He has a website too.

Rabbi Yitzchak Breitowitz has Q&A sessions with really interesting and timely questions. I like listening to them on Apple Podcasts because there’s a write up of the questions and time stamps for each episode.

An every day, average fellow special needs mom. Especially if she also has dark humor. I like someone who slogs through every day, and keeps going, finding the high points while being frank about how hard it all is without asking me to look for the beauty in it. And using humor to get through when sincerity is too hard. I'm as Bais Yaakov as you can get, but while I would listen to an inspirational Rav Tatz or the like once a week, my daily chizuk was for some time, among other special needs parent blogs, the sardonic blog of a single dad raising a disabled daughter. He hasn't updated in many years- I hope for good reasons. Basically, I need to feel your humanity and realness to really gain from you.
Tachlis, some of Rebbetzin Feiner's things are great for that. And if I'm up for thinking hard, Rav Hirsch on chumash in English has a really nice feel for the modern world and its challenges, and how we can see things and thrive, without sugar coating the difficulties.

Reb Esther Baila Schwartz. Her classes have truly changed my life. She's on Torah anytime but you have to sign up as a woman in order to listen

She's so wonderful and down to earth. I don't listen to her enough to have mentioned her but I should have.

I also listen to several of the names mentioned above: Esti Hamilton, Esther Bayla Schwartz, and Rabbi Breitowitz, mainly.
I also listen to Rabbi Eliezer Krohn's halacha shiurim, Rabbi Daniel Kalish (I love the ones where he's obviously speaking to his students -- what a mechanech!), and Chevi Garfinkel. All on TorahAnytime.
I've been thinking about starting a post like this one for a while, so thank you OP for doing it for me
