I don't eat enough protein, and trying to up my intake.
Lunch is scarmbled eggs or tuna; looking to add one more meal to my rotation.
Dinner is easy-chicken or meat.
Breakfast I usually have oatmeal with blueberries, and snack is fruit or veggies in chummus.
Anywhere else I can get in more?

In your salads you can add Chickpeas. Or slices of grilled chicken breast.

Crackers with nut butter, protein shake smoothies, pancakes made with almond flour, fish, falafel, roasted chickpeas, yogurt with granola or slivered almonds

Feta salad. Turkey sandwich. Legume veggie burger with all the fixings.
For breakfast add in a protein. Yogurt with granola. Cheese pancakes. Cottage cheese.

Canned salmon, tuna or salmon patties, sushi with fish inside, lox, sardines, herring, whitefish salad, salad with bits of salmon/deli/nuts/shredded cheese/hard boiled eggs/chic peas/avocado.
Cottage cheese with cantaloupe, hungarian cheese salad, string cheese, American cheese, anything with melted cheese, like saut'eed veggies or spinach with melted cheese, grilled cheese/tuna melts/paninis/ pizza.
Whey protein shakes/ sprinkle protein powder on food, .
Deviled eggs, mock liver, avocado-egg salad, mushroom-egg salad, sunny side up, french toast, letcho with eggs & cheese, egg salad, layer potatoes & eggs, mashed eggs mixed with mashed potatoes
