Hi, I am looking for recommendations of good movies on amazon prime. or tv series.
no violence (or minimum for a few seconds like, the mentalist).
quikc pace, witty, romance, drama. comedy. intriguing. with meaning , is good too
not scary or heart racing type.

Has anyone seen “Commandments”? (Kipat Barzel in Hebrew.) It’s in Hebrew with subtitles. About a nachal chareidi unit in the army.

I was so surprised when I came across it - there are so many cultural references that you either have to be frum or at least Israeli to get.

Only season 1 is available, and only for the month of may.

Its actually an integral part of the plot. Comedians were breaking barriers and the main barrier they were trying to break was freedom of expression and freedom of action. No boundaries to human behavior or speech. Google Lenny Bruce and you'll see what I mean. It's funny that it keeps being recommended here because the point of the show is actually about breaking away from decency and religion....
