I know there are probably a million recipes but can anyone post your best fruit crisp recipe? It could be apples, or with summer coming- plums nectarines berries. I’d like a sweet crispy crunchy topping. TIA!!

This one is always a huge hit and I'm sure you can do it with any fruit:
In a 9" pyrex, combine 5-6 cups mixed berries (I usually use blueberries and raspberries) with 1/4c sugar, 1/4c flour, 1/4tsp cinnamon.
For topping, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, pinch of salt, and 1/2 cup oil or cut-up margarine (I've used both, comes out fine either way). Mix with a fork until it's combined and coarse. Sprinkle over the berries.
Bake at 350F for 40-60 minutes (check on it after 40) until golden brown.
You can use less sugar if you want, it is already pretty sweet. And lately I've been turning this into a pie by doubling the topping and turning half of that into a bottom layer. It's sooo good.
