in the middle of the night? lol no such a thing. If you try going early in the morning it will be emptier but no guarantees on tznius. Also there are no lifeguards too early.

Generally speaking people either don't go or they chose not to be bothered by it. We just don't look. There's a state park called oleta River that has some water access and is private but no beach. Whiskey creek in Dania runs by the beach and has some areas you can swim in without a lot of people. There's always a chance you might see someone though.

Most hotels don't put chairs outuntil.9am. Grab a towel and it's generally quiet early morn.

A suggestion? Why not wear a tzanua bathing suit? You're fully clothed- no different than walking in the street. For me personally, the tzanua bathing suit changed my life.
