Was told by my doctor to begin either Pilates or Yoga to help with back pain. Maybe both? Any place in Brooklyn you could recommend?

I would start with yoga and then move onto do both, pilates is more strenuous.

Fitness by Faigy located on 13th Ave and 46th Street has womens only plates and yoga classes. Check out the Instagram account where class schedule is listed.
