I saw in a Torah Times advertisement " I did the sgulah of Malia ben Churosh and promised to publicize saw a big yeshua. Does anyone know who Matia ben Churosh is and what this is all about?

He is a Tanna. E.g., Mishna Yoma 8:6

I'm not sure the exact details. Its about lighting a candle, giving tzedakah, saying l'ilu nishmas Matia Ben Churosh and say some tehillim. Repeat for a total of 18 times.
