I think Im being ripped off badly by Verizon Wireless.
I got a family plan that seemed like a good deal, with the agreement that I sign up for autopay. I was told by Verizon that Id be charged under $300 monthly.
They made so many mistakes, like splitting up my family plan to 2 accounts, and making me ineligible for the discount that youre supposed to get when you use your own phone. Its been an insane experience.
Now I see Im paying through autopay over $400 monthly.
This seems like theyre getting more insane as time passes.
Every time Ive called Cust Serv I speak to someone more clueless than the other.
If I go to a Verizon store, will they help straighten this out?
Any Verizon store in BP or Flatbush thats helpful?

I have Verizon for 18 years. I find the Verizon stores nightmares. Employees are young and dumb. Especially in Brooklyn. I live here too.
I woukd keep calling Verizon till u get the help u need. Ask to speak to a supervisor
