Thanks. She has a gmach? I am not a Kollel wife and can BH afford to buy full priced shoes, but prefer to buy cheaper. I don't like taking from a gmach.

Afaik the lakewood Westgate shoe gemach is open to everybody who doesn't want to spend full price. There are no criteria to buy shoes there.
