Do not know the name but there is a litvish mesivta like this in Cleveland OH , my coworker's son was there a few years ago, 2nd seder paired up with an electrician who taught him.

It's a full day of learning not a vocational school. They're just accommodating to boys with learning issues etc. But you need to commit to sticking with the full day program to attend. (they give regents so limudei kodesh and chol)
