Oreo cheesecake truffles
grind up 36 sandwhich cookies [oreo or similar]
add 8 oz whipped cream cheese
freeze 10 min
meanwhile, melt milk chocolate
shape dough into 1 inch balls
cover in milk chocolate
Freeze.

I just made this. Seriously amazing.
1/2 cream cheese, room temp
1/2 c butter, room temp
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
10 oreos, crushed
mix all together with a wide fork (like a serving fork). arrange in scoops on a baking sheet. flatten the center. Bake at 180 until golden around the edges.
