All the talk about chicken and potatoes is making me crave chicken and potatoes...

If I slow bake chicken potatoes and onions in civered pan, can I leave overnight for shabbos on hot plate and it still be good for lunch the next day (like instead of cholent)? Would it go bad?

You can do chicken and potatoes in the crackpot overnight.
