I don’t have baking soda to make cookies.
Is it okay if I use baking soda to make cookies?
Any type of cookie recipe is okay

Baking powder can be used in place of baking soda (using about 3 or 4 times as much baking powder as the amount of baking soda called for), but not the other way around. Baking soda needs an acid to react with.

Interesting okay. So if I wanted to make chocolate chip cookies, what should I do differently?
