My personal advice is not to buy a colored watch unless you already have a neutral watch and you want an extra one. If you only have one then buy the Michelle. It goes with everything. The navy will limit what it goes with, plus the leather band won't last as long.

Heyaa gave you good advice but I can't think of many things that blue watch won't go with. It really depends if you want something that blends and looks like the gorgeous watch everyone's wearing or if you want to have a (slightly) more individual look. It would be great if you could try both on and not shop from a picture. Then you can buy the one that looks best on you.
