Done :-) yes we are having company, 10-15 people minimum per meal.
Also, it’s my family except me!!! I live variety, and don’t really eat roasts. I’ll occasionally eat corn beef, and I like veal and lamb chops.

Great! Amazing! You are such a gracious host, I am sure making so much variety is not an easy task! Your guests are lucky to have you as host! Good luck with all the prep!

Blueberry custard slits

Pre cut flaky squares large

Place a spoon of blueberry pie filling down center, layer on top a spoon of store bought custard. Close both sides of dough over each others in center. Forming oblong thingies. Turn it over, press top & bottom with forks closing it shut. Make slits on this side, down the center, horizontally, to have blueberry peak thru the holes & not to burst. Bake for around 15-20 Minutes or until baked. Cool off, you can freeze. Before serving sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Serve cold or room temp.

I just saute onions, garlic, french style cut frozen green beans, canned mushrooms & cut strips of pastrami with spices like salt & pepper. Done. You can freeze it.

Pastrami you put last because doesn't need such a long time to saute. Onions first.

I make something similar but I press the triangle into (regular) sugar before baking- bake sugar side up.

Chicken rollups with sweet potato

Coat chicken cutlet with mayo & cornflake crumbs with spices.
Cook up sweet potatoes and mash. Put in salt, spices if you want. You can add an egg or lil mayo if you want to but dont need to. Smear sweet potato mixture onto breaded cutlet. Roll up & bake. Place toothpick to hold together. I froze it raw & will bake it before yomtov.
