I made it a sous vide with just kosher salt and pepper, and it came out great.

It's delicious if made correctly. It isn't meant to be reheated. If you do have to warm it up, do so to the minimum amount needed to be just warm.
I also recommend sous vide as perfection. But you can roast it too, at a high temperature for a shorter time.

I like it on the stove. Put onion slices under the meat. Prep the roast with your usual rub/sauce. Let it stand at room temperature for 2 hours then turn stove on very low flame and let it cook for 2hours. Add 1/2 cup water after it cooked for half hour.

It’s not an expensive cut but if cooked the right way can be delicious. There’s a recipe in the first kosher palate

It's good if it's cooked and eaten rare. It's terribly dry if cooked low and slow like most roasts.
