I believe it checks all your boxes:
- Mehadrin (at least it was when I stayed there a few years ago)
- Non-fancy
- Breakfast is included (although not as lavish as say, the Waldorf Astoria)
They have some rooms that are like mini apartments, with large eat-in kitchens, etc.
