Years ago I went to Yitzchok Shlafrig with two of my children and I really liked his work.
Not sure where he works out of.

I've used Yakov Skovronsky for an 8 year old with chronic hoarseness. We had a very good experience and would recommend. His therapy was very effective, he was honest and did not drag it out..
