Make Greek pasta salad and keep the feta on the side for people to add in.
Same for Caesar salad, keep the parmesan on the side as optional.
Cream soup. Spoon in the cream to individual bowls as you serve.
When boiling the pasta for your creamy dish, leave some plain and parve on the side for the guest.
Make an extra fish dish. It doesn't have to be salmon if it's just for your dairy free guest.
Don't cook different food for your guest. It will tire you out and make the guest feel singled out.

Ra mom, I like your ideas.
Another one blended broccoli soup add in cheese in plate, to melt when soup is hot, for dairy eaters. Omit for others.

If you put all options out on table as buffet style so as not to.single out guest, and everyone can choose what they want to eat.
