These are some of the options I'm deciding on for the Shavuos meals (not including desserts):

Motzaei Shabbos
Side of salmon
Taco salad
Sweet potato wedges
Roasted red pepper dip

Sunday
Penne a la vodka or cheesy mushroom gnocchi
Broccoli cheddar pizza pockets?
Pesto potato salad
Roasted veggies

Sunday night
Broccoli cheese soup or tortilla soup
Onion rolls
Baked macaroni or broccoli alfredo stuffed shells
Cauliflower rice with spinach and lemon
Guacamole

Monday
Cheese and potato blintzes
Yogurt-strawberry crunch
caesar salad
Lasagna pepper boats
Corn on the cob

Which of these are freezable in advance? What are other freeze-ahead options?

For sure you can freeze pastas, blintzes, and onion rolls.

I have frozen stuffed shells, blintzes, onion soup, Challah, cinnamon cheese babka, cheescake, currently in my freezer. I plan to make fresh salads and fish closer to YT.

Do you freeze the sauce separately for pastas?

Do you think those soups would freeze okay?
