My preschoolers come home from school at 3 o’clock. They’re usually very hungry, but I don’t serve dinner till 5. I try preparing something in advance like cut up vegetables or fruits, but they seem to have gotten bored of eating fruits and veggies every day. Anyone had any other ideas of healthy snacks? Something I can prepare in advance. I come home with my kids from work.

I like this idea. Do you just blend Greek yogurt and strawberries?

Maybe they can eat leftovers from yesterday's supper.

If they are hungry, might as well give them the most nutrient dense foods.
