Hi,
I'm looking for an easy cheese cake recipie that only takes whipped cream cheese. It can also have sour cream in it too.
ANyone have any recipies?

Whip one 8 oz. whip, add 1 container whipped cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar (I only use 1/4) and pour into graham cracker pie shell. No bake.
It is YUMMY!! You can put a can of pie filling on top, but I don't. It's good as is. Originally from an ad in Good Houskeeping about 20 years ago.

I use to make that one when I didnt have a milchig oven. Its great!

I always used whipped cream cheese ... j&j light ... but then I add farmers cheese too ... 
then you don't need a mixer ...
