Just to answer a few...last year was our first year, still getting the hang of it....
We sent snacks and nosh in a bin. Things to munch on.
No water bottles, they have a policy against it.
We sent the recommended amount of canteen money (maybe $60? I don't recall) but they returned the extra, and my son hadnt used much.)
We sent a camp chair, but no sports equipment other than his baseball mitt.
My son and his chevra didn't wear tshirts at all, but he said it was a mix.

They dont allow water bottles? Do they have readily accesible water? I thought water bottles were one of the things you HAD to bring
Yes to t-shirts with brand name words like “ Nike”, “Addidas”, “Under Armor” the Nike “swoosh” or for example an american flag, etc. No other type of pop culture graphics and/or words or phrases
Yes to tiros. (Usually black with stripe not the other colors pants)
A storage box with nosh
Whatever they rec for canteen is fine
Bring a camp chair
Bring a baseball mitt
Dont think any prob with water bottles but check the handout.
Tiros and t-shirts and white shirts for davening and learning. We sent water bottles even though they said not too. We drove our son up, so no concern with it fitting on the bus. Don't think I sent a bin, but just sent nosh and maybe noodle soups. Sent baseball mitt. Did not send camp chair, but most others did.
Thanks for all your help!
A few more questions:
Do you send the 3 drawer thing? The clear or weave one?
Do boys take a camera for camp?
What kind of laundry bag do you send? How often is laundry done?
Do you send a lamp? Clip on fan?
I’m sending for the first time this year. Has anything changed? Do I send the plastic drawers? What do the boys wear for pajamas? How many sneakers should I send along? For Shabbos afternoon they wear white button downs or white polos? Slides and natives? Do the boys wear baseball caps? What kind of swim suits European ones or H&M type ones?

Repeat Camp Tashbar mom here - the boys aren’t into their stuff or their clothing in my experience. It’s not a ‘keeping up with the Jones’ kind of place.
Some boys bring the plastic drawers and some don’t.
My sons wear old navy athletic shorts and their undershirts as pajamas.
One pair of sneakers
Only white button down on shabbos
Slides and natives, slides or natives, whatever your son wants
Maybe send a baseball cap? I don’t remember whether I ever did or didn’t send.
I sent my sons with swim trunks from Target, Old Navy, and Lands End, depending on what we found that fit.
