I'm looking for a rav with a psychology background for me and my husband to speak to.
I believe my husband has ADHD but he will only speak to a rav first and doesnt want to run to a doctor.

I thought to maybe speak to one of the rebbeim from RIETS or YU-someone frum with the psychology background that will be able to guide us. We are yeshivish but I grew up Modern Orthodox (my rebbeim in HS were all from YU). Our rav is yeshivish but doesnt understand mental health.

NY area- queens/WH/five towns preferably...
